Kensington on the Park Window Cleaning 2024
Crews will be on site from 8:00am to 5:00pm daily, weather permitting. Please be aware of the
crews on site.
Includes:
-All exterior windows.
-All common area windows.
Does not include:
-Removal of hard water stains or construction debris.
Pricing assumes:
-Access to sufficient common area water available on site.
-Removal of window screens is the responsibility of the residents. Screens left in place will cause panes
to be skipped and not returned to with no effect to the final invoice.
-Ground floor units will have the same windows cleaned as upper floor units.
